Raised in a small rural Newfoundland community, Leslie developed a strong work ethic and commitment to helping others at an early age. Those values continue to influence how he approaches his clients, his team and the businesses he helps lead.

Outside the mortgage industry, Leslie spends much of his time with his wife, Jennifer, and their son, Lincoln. Leslie and Jennifer are also owners of Baccalieu Trail Brewing Company in Bay Roberts, Newfoundland & Labrador. He is actively involved in his community and spends much of his free time with family and giving back one way or another.
