I began my careen in 1993 at 21 years of age as an Account Executive with a National Finance Company here in St. John’s. Offering Mortgage and lending products, I quickly learned the business, and found my passion for lending. This passion to help clients earned me the Top Sales Award for Atlantic Canada, and at just 23 years old, I was promoted to Branch Sales Manager at offices located in Moncton NB, Corner Brook NL, Toronto ON, and Grand Falls NL.
In the year 2000, I left the Finance Company to join Canada’s largest bank as a Mortgage Professional, to get back to my desire for helping clients directly. Specializing in mortgage development, I was able to help clients with their purchase financing, construction mortgages, debt consolidating and refinancing, as well as walk clients through their mortgage renewal process. While each client’s needs are never the same, I was able to offer Alternative Mortgage Solutions, to ensure that every client with unique situations, had a solution to their mortgage needs.
With over 20 years as a Mortgage Professional with the bank, I have helped thousands of clients realize their dream of homeownership! In addition to saving clients money with monthly payment reductions by refinancing their current mortgage, and even obtaining lower rates of interest by switching their mortgage from other banks/institutions for a better product.
As a Mortgage Professional, I have earned numerous sales achievements including multiple time National Convention winner , top sales awards, and the one I am most proud of, the Lighthouse Award for Top Customer Service in Canada!
