Nicole McDonald serves as Business Support Manager for the Leslie Penney Mortgage Team, where she plays an important role in supporting the people, relationships, and experiences that help make the team successful.

Working closely with Leslie Penney and the Mortgage Associates, Nicole supports a wide range of business functions including client communications, marketing initiatives, financial administration, accounting, payroll coordination, project management, and team support. Her attention to detail, ability to stay organized, and commitment to excellence help ensure the team continues to deliver the exceptional service experience clients have come to expect.
